Dana McCoy RN CMC With over 20 years of experience in eldercare services, Dana is a highly respected nursing professional dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for seniors in and around Amelia Island. Known for her compassionate approach and deep understanding of the evolving needs of an aging population, Dana has made significant contributions to the field of geriatric care. Her extensive background includes roles in home health care, post-operative cardiovascular surgery unit, cardiac rehabilitation, and clinical management, showcasing her versatility and expertise. Additionally, Dana's experience in Medicare claims auditing reflects her commitment to ensuring that her patients receive the best possible care and support. Dana is passionate about advocating for seniors and is continually addressing the changing landscape of eldercare services to meet their unique challenges. Brett McCoy CMC Brett is a dedicated physical therapist from Amelia Island, Florida. A graduate of Valdosta State University, Brett holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology along with a degree in Physical Therapy. With extensive experience in both inpatient and outpatient therapy, Brett has honed a versatile skill-set across various treatment settings. In recent years, Brett has shifted focus toward providing in-home geriatric physical therapy, helping seniors maintain mobility, independence, and improve their quality of life. Known for personalized care and a compassionate approach, Brett is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of elderly patients. Carolyn Wessel BSN RN Originally from Maryland, Carolyn spent her summers in Amelia Island, and now calls Fernandina Beach home. Carolyn is a dedicated nursing professional with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Shenandoah University in Winchester, Virginia. With a strong foundation in trauma and intensive care, Carolyn is experienced in high-pressure environments, providing compassionate and expert care to patients in critical situations. Her experience extends to nurse case management, where she has successfully navigated the complexities of patient care coordination, ensuring that individuals receive comprehensive support.
